Name of this library

The name of this library is MolecularGraph.jl, as the maintainer did not know of the convention of pluralizing library names in the Graphs.jl ecosystem at the time when this was created. The maintainer is not opposed to changing the name to MolecularGraphs.jl if the community agrees.
